Ok so what time works best for everyone in meeting tomorrow? Someone suggested we meet at 5. That works for me and it gives us two hours...
Should we all come tomorrow with the info we have so far on our topic and work on narrowing it down to include what we all think is most important?

    5 works for me and coming with all our info sounds good- I think we have lots to work with- we just need to narrow down what we want to focus on.
    I booked a room in Thode from 5:30-6:30 if we want (all the other rooms were booked) but we dont have to use it.

    Can everyone meet today? I remember someone saying they can't, I suggest friday? If everyone throws out a time that's good?

    ok...I can't make it down there, I emailed it, but I am waiting for a furniture delivery and they are quite vague about the actual time. I emailed the idea I have about the video and if you guys do meet today I will be able to do whatever you guys need me to, just email me, again I am sorry, this has just been a packed week.
